TURNAROUND TIME 

Once they are approved, we fulfill most orders in 3-5 business days.

Orders that include mini jars and/or 4lb/8lb bulk nut butters have a fulfillment timeline of 7-10 business days, depending on our production schedule. We make to order!

Please let us know if your order is time-sensitive.

 

SHELF LIFE AND FRESHNESS 

To ensure customers receive the freshest product possible, we encourage you to order smaller quantities more often instead of “stocking up” for longer periods. 

Nut butters: 12-month best by date 

Nut butter bars: 6-month best by date 

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY 

We ship directly via FedEx and have excellent negotiated rates. We don’t profit from shipping and usually take a small loss to offer the most competitive rates and fastest service. 

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of our Hillsborough, NC HQ for orders of $200+. If you are outside our free delivery radius, shipping charges will apply to your invoice.

 

INVOICING AND PAYMENT 

You will receive an invoice when your order is ready. If we are shipping your order, you will also receive tracking information.

Payment will process automatically when your invoice is due (based on the payment method and terms selected in your credit application). If you selected Due on Receipt as credit terms, your method of payment will be charged before the paid invoice is sent. We will absorb the transaction fees for ACH payments, but transaction fees for credit card payments will be added to customer invoices.

MARKETING SUPPORT 

We have developed a variety of marketing materials to catch your customers' eyes and communicate the unique quality and value we offer. We are also happy to provide photography for use on social media and/or your website.

ORDERING

Once your account set up has been completed, you will receive login information for our wholesale website, bigspoonroasters.dearportal.com, where you can place orders, pay, and view your order history. 

- 13oz jars are ordered in 6-pack cases. 

- 3oz jars are ordered in 12-pack cases. 

- 3oz Variety 4-packs are ordered in 6-count cases. 

- Bars are ordered in 12-pack cases. 

We also offer sample jars for retailers looking to explore which products may be best for their customers.
